WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing—similar to what you might wear to the gym. You will remain dressed for most experiences. If your reservation includes a water experience, please bring a swimsuit.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Walk-ins are warmly welcomed based on availability. Reservations are recommended and receive priority, particularly if you are planning a private experience or visiting with others.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE?
Choose according to what you feel you need that day—stillness, warmth, restoration, skincare or simply time to pause. If you are unsure, contact us and we will be pleased to help you select an experience.
WILL OTHER GUESTS BE PRESENT?
They may be. Mark James welcomes a limited number of guests, with up to five people enjoying separate experiences at the same time. Yours by Design and Gathered by Design reserve the studio exclusively for the guests included in those reservations.
